- Ensure stability of balances/income from existing set of clients and deepen the relationship along with NTB Clients.
- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals.
- Activate various segments to acquire and deepen TASC clients including the branch, TR RM
- and PBs
- Ensure training for account opening and BAU processes for various channels.
- Use knowledge of various products for deal structuring.
- Maintain relationships with Institutions to originate business.
- Provide inputs and enable smoother processing of TASC account opening and BAU
- transactions
- Resource productivity, earmarked for TASC business.
- Branch Activation – Creating the mindshare on TASC.
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area
- Quality sourcing of TASC with multiple hooks.
- Events to be organized in the Societies/Clubs/Apartments around the branch catchment.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships.
