Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Unit testing business processes
Technical writing and documentation
Data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D36
Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
Coach and mentor junior resources
Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects

Qualifications

6+ of functional, handson experience with D36 Fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- prior team management experience

Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to:
Lead to Order
Field Service
