Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Unit testing business processes
  • Technical writing and documentation
  • Data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D36
  • Work closely with US counterparts to manage workload and client deliverables
  • Coach and mentor junior resources
  • Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects

Qualifications

  • 6+ of functional, handson experience with D36 Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- prior team management experience

  • Knowledge of key end to end business processes including but not limited to:
  • Lead to Order
  • Field Service
