    At STRI we are hiring Social Media & Content Executive for our client who are in the Cosmetics Industry.

    Location: T Nagar Chennai

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, highly skilled in social media management, proficient in content creation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of the brand and engage with our diverse community of makeup enthusiasts, professionals, and influencers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms including
    • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
    • Create and curate compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience segment.
    • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and drive meaningful interactions.
    • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
    Content Creation:
    • Conceptualize, produce, and oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content, including photography, videos, tutorials, blogs, articles, and user-generated content.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and creative partners to develop engaging and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Maintain brand voice, style, and messaging consistency across all content channels and campaigns.

    Community Engagement & Management:
    • Foster and nurture relationships with our online community, influencers, makeup artists, and brand ambassadors.
    • Monitor and actively participate in conversations, comments, and messages across social media platforms,representing the brand with authenticity and empathy.
    • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, user reviews, and testimonials.

    Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and measure social media campaigns and promotions, aligning with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, performance KPIs, and campaign results.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize content strategies, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    Photography Skills:
    • Capture high-quality product images, production photos & videos, and behind-the-scenes content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and editing. Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all photography assets.

    The responsibilities may extend beyond the scope mentioned.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and photography, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for beauty, makeup, and cosmetics.
    • Experience with influencer marketing, community management, and social media advertising is a plus.
