    INTERN (CONTENT CREATION & DIGITAL – SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING)

    Client is one of India's most trusted Publishing Houses and Book Sellers who have been in operation for 80 years.

    Location - Chennai

    Intern Duration - 6 Months

    Who can Apply - Candidates with 1 Year Experience, Fresher or Career Break Women

    Job Offer - On Completion of Internship if Performance is Good

    Vacancy - 1

    Stipend in Rs - 15,000- Fresher, 18,000- Experienced Candidate

    Requirement - Immediate

    Working Hours - Full Time (For Career Break Women negotiable)

    Working Days - 6

    Roles and Responsibilities

    - Facilitating the Content Management System effectively to generate Business Leads

    - Read Books Published by the Organization extensively to derive necessary Content and coordinate with other Content idea generators of the organization for content creation.

    - Research, organize sources and information.

    - Collaborate and brainstorm with the Management and Team for new strategies and ideas.

    - Write well-researched and keyword-driven content to boost organic traffic.

    - Create optimized, engaging title tags and meta descriptions to increase click-through rate.

    - Create clear and innovative headlines and body copy.

    - Produce high-quality blog posts on book-relevant topics and address user queries in detail.

    - Write a wide variety of topics related to Reading for Videos, podcasts, e-books, websites, blogs, social media, case studies, whitepapers, banners, etc. Create, execute, and maintain a content calendar.

    - Ensure consistency in writing style, fonts, images, and tone.

    - Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content with the brand.

    - Edit and proofread content produced by other team members.

    - Maintain the Social Media Handle of the Organization in multiple Social Media Platforms with an aggressive, active strategy engaging with Followers and others to drive Business.

    - Database Updates to retrieve easily as and when required.

    Qualification & Skills Desired

    - Passion for Reading, Content Writing, Copywriting, or similar. Should be a Pulse Reader

    - Master's or Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.

    - Desire to learn fast and grow. This attribute is critical.

    - Familiarity with Books and Content Management Systems.

    - Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

    - A strong portfolio showcasing published articles and writing styles.

    - Proficiency in MS Office.

    - Excellent English writing and editing skills.

    - Outstanding multi-tasking and communication skills.

    - Pleasing online Personality that spreads warmth.
