Required Skills:
Product development, R and D, Experience on cosmetics and Beauty care products
Responsibilities:
- Formulation Expert having hands on experience in Cosmetic
- Role formulations with new technologies, especially products designing to stabilized product development in personal care with respect to the new market trends
- Analysis of various personal care products
- Lead the R&D formulations starting from design, development and evaluation of the products
- Responsible for initial trials to product technology transfer to manufacturing unit
- Knowledge on various technologies involved in the cosmetic formulations
- Strong grip on raw materials involved in the formulation, able to communicate with different raw material suppliers if required
- Capable of work independently and must have knowledge on innovative projects with respect to the current market trends
- Must know the GMP's, SOP's and all regulatory documentation protocols
- Knowledge on basic personal care formulations, latest market
- Leadership, team work, decision making ability Good communication skills English (oral & written) and Hindi
- QC & QA parameters of products
- Expert in Sensory of Personal care products
- Ready to travel when required
Salary:
₹700, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
