Responsibilities and Duties

To generate and increase among Cash Patients / Corporate Patients / Insurance Patients.
To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to Corporate Policy.
To be a Representative, on behalf of our Hospital, to all Government, other organizations and special interest groups.
To represent our Hospital with all the existing and upcoming MNCs projects in Sricity for tie ups.
To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochures and other related materials.
The workflow of the system should be mapped and discussed with chairman for proper system and planning.
To conduct regular followup of all Prospective Corporate clients who have received our information folder.
To have regular follow up with the Corporate / Organisation that has been visited.
Patient's

Grievance Handling:
All the grievances related to the patients should be heard and to be solved.

All other work assigned by Chariman from time to time.
To provide necessary inputs for the Media Coordinator for publishing materials such as information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochures, and other related materials.
The Workflow of the marketing system shall be mapped and discussed with the Management for proper planning and implementation.
To plan and schedule meeting with the representatives of present and prospective corporate clients
