    Job Description:*

    As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the architectural design process and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages of design development, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Here's an overview of key duties:

    1. *Design Collaboration:*

    Work closely with senior architects and design teams to develop conceptual designs and project plans.

    Contribute creative ideas and solutions during design discussions and brainstorming sessions.

    2. *Drafting and Modeling:*

    Utilize drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools to create detailed architectural drawings and visualizations.

    Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications in all drafted materials.

    3. *Site Visits and Documentation:*

    Participate in on-site visits to assess existing conditions, measure spaces, and gather relevant data for design purposes.

    Document observations and findings to inform the design process.

    4. *Coordination and Communication:*

    Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with other disciplines.

    Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on project progress.

    5. *Research and Code Compliance:*

    Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

    Familiarize yourself with local building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements.

    6. *Project Support:*

    Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals.

    Support project management activities, such as budget tracking and schedule monitoring.

    *Qualifications:*

    Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

    Proficiency in drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and 3D modeling tools.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Basic understanding of construction processes and materials.

    Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
