    Description

    Must-Have :

    • 8+ years of experience in Software and IT industry
    • Understand infrastructure level details, costing, access, privacy, vpn for gcp and build data pipelines on it.
    • Understand internal architecture and working of GCP services and costing associated with it
    • 4 + years of relevant work experience in gcp cloud data engineering
    • Hands on in one of the programming languages like Python / scala/java
    • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on GCP.
    • Experience of migrating existing applications and infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform.
    • Experience with building and maintaining data engineering pipelines.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in the implementation of GCP solutions.
    • Good track record in system architecture and design
    • Good aptitude, strong problemsolving abilities, and analytical skills, ability to take ownership as appropriate.
    • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
    • Experience working in Agile Methodology
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills
    • Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals
    • Optimize cloud resources to ensure costeffective solutions for clients.
    • Create comprehensive architecture and design documentation for solutions implemented on GCP.
    • Should be comfortable working in a Hybrid model from the Gurgaon office of the client.

    Nice to Have :

    • Any prior experience in working with Financial and Banking Domain
    • Any prior experience in working on a migration project.
    • Working experience with Google Cloud Platform
    • Any Professional level GCP Certification .

    Role & Responsibilities :

    • Indepth knowledge and handson experience with various GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine,
    • Big Query, Cloud Storage, Data proc , Data Flow, GCS and others.
    • Able to owne end to end migration from infrastructure access, costing, architecture etc
    • Strong architectural and design skills, with the ability to create scalable and resilient solutions on GCP.
    • Proven experience in migrating applications and infrastructure to GCP, including replatforming and rehosting strategies.
    • Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, with the ability to implement and enforce security controls.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
    • Drive and motivate the team to be agile and follow agile methodology.
    • Guide the team technically and give the team direction on how to plan, design, implement, and deliver the projects.
    • Involve the team during the brainstorming sessions as appropriate.
    • Work with the clients and counterparts (in the US) to drive the project execution.
    • Keep all the stakeholders updated about the project status/risks/issues if there are any.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding development teams and providing technical direction.
    • Should be comfortable working in a Hybrid model from the Gurgaon office of the client.

    Key Skills :
    Spark,Scala or Or Java , Unix shell scripting, SQL , System Design, GCP Architecture Infrastructure Services


    Education :
    BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
