The Senior SACM CMDB Consultant leads oversees the delivery of a formal CSDM CMDB for one or more accounts- Experienced in governance industry standards implementations and audits of the CMDB Leads CMDB remediations and or troubleshooting efforts either on request or proactively
- Takes ownership and leadership of CMDB initiatives
- Expert in areas such as governance industry standards and implementations of CSDM CMDB models
- Champion of CMDB and Configuration Management lifecycle process and procedures to ensure the data accuracy and integrity and usage to support Service Management processes
