Receptionist

Working Hours: 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM
*Job Summary:

*Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and wellpresented.
  • Register and sign in visitors, providing them with necessary information and badges.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and contact lists.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the organization's products, services, and offerings.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, such as monitoring access to the premises and following visitor procedures.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
*Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in fastpaced situations.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
