    Responsibilities

    :
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee on-site sales and customer service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and expense reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company's brand and reputation.
