Role Overview:

Desire is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analytics, data science, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering from a Tier 1 college (e.g., IITs, NITs, IIITs).

2. 0-2 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, data science, or related fields.

3. Proficiency in Excel, Python/R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau and Powerpoint/Presentation skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. A proactive and go-getter attitude with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools such as Excel, Python/R, and SQL to extract meaningful business insights.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making.

3. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics to stakeholders.

4. Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to water management and energy efficiency services.

5. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling PowerPoint presentations.
