Position Over-view:

The
'TA Specialist-cum-Trainer' manages the company's entire Recruitment process and is responsible for handling end-to-end Recruitment cycle. The Trainer's profile is responsible to train, upskill talent and keep employees motivated.

The position plays an important role in building a strong employer brand for the company to attract, hire and retain the best talent.


  • Managing Frontdesk activities and handling telephone consul.
  • Handling visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Responsible for Security and managing the flow of visitors and clients in and out of the office.
  • Responsible for Housekeeping and ensuring upkeep of the reception area.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning and documentation
  • Handling dispatch documents
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Assisting administrative tasks by performing adhoc administrative duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Job Specification:


  • Must be a Graduate from any stream.
  • Work Experience of at least 3+ years
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi. Being multilingual would be a definite advantage.
  • Good experience as a front desk executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must carry a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must be reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
  • Should portray professional appearance and demeanour.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹16, ₹23,000.00 per month
