ROLE:
Associate Principal - SAP BTP- iRPA


ROLE DESCRIPTION- The SAP Build Process Automation Consultant is a critical role related to implementation of custom developments and technology solutions involving diagnosis, analysis and transformation of business functions in a project.

- The following are key responsibilities:

  • Creating end to end automation solution as per client requirements which involves feasibility check, designing attended unattended workflows, development, testing and deployment
  • Liaising with Delivery Teams to help grow the Business around upcoming technical features in line with Organizational strategy and goals.
  • Mentoring Junior RPA Technical Team members within the Organization.
  • Drive with building Assets and Accelerators in SAP Build Process Automation and other niche technical areas.
  • Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones Technical footprint globally.
  • Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve.
  • Building reusable libraries and components where applicable


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- 7 plus years of experience in RPA of which 2 plus yrs in SAP IRPA 2.0.- Experience in SAP Build Process Automation and SAP BTP is must.- At least 3 end to end RPA implementations Projects.- Certification in RPA would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Cloud services and infrastructure


PROCESS KNOWLEDGE- Sound understanding of one end to end processes like MM, PP, SD, Supply Chain etc.- Expertise in atleast one industry e.g.

Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemical, Life Sciences etc.


TECHNICAL EXPERTISE- Must have experience in variety of RPA tools SAP iRPA 2.0 experience is must.- Exposure to UiPath Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, python Selenium etc is nice to have.- Must have experience in API integration via AJAX, JS, ODATA, REST, SOAP etc- Must have experience in JavaScript, python is nice to have.- Must have experience in determining RPA best practices.- Must have experience in Automating SAP Applications along with Web PortalSharepoint, MS Excel, PDF, Txt.- Very good understanding of development standards, limitations, performance optimization techniques and Error Handling.- Must have experience in SAP Conversational AI- Must have experience in SAP Workflow Management- Ability to understand Functional specification, write Technical Specification, test documentation, deployment checklist, status reportsand operational support documents and work independently with mínimal support.- Should be skilled enough to prepare development charter, highlight probable technical challenges.

- Leveraging OCR ICR Client techniques to ensure transformation to hyper automation


SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.- Should have ability to manage customer expectations and deal diligently as per the need of the situation.- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve organizational goals.
