    Description

    As part of the corporate branding team, the candidate will help shape and amplify Infosys' CSR narrative. This role will entail bringing exceptional pan-format, storytelling skills to the challenge, as well as a deep understanding of the purposeful work that Infosys executes. The role will bring to life Infosys' commitments as well as the vibrant work underway today involving the company's philanthropy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for Infosys' CSR initiatives.
    • Craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Manage and create high-quality content (website copy, social media posts).
    • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, annual reports, videos.
    • Identify and leverage relevant marketing channels to raise awareness.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Foundation and Infosys to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies
    • Stay updated on current trends in CSR communication and storytelling.

    To qualify, candidates must possess:

    • Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in running branding and marketing initiatives
    • Master's degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications
    • Outstanding writing, messaging, and editing skills
    • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience working with in-house designers and external agencies
    • Ability to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets
