About the team:

What you will be doing:

Knowledge of Splunk Monitoring, Dynatrace, ServiceNow tools.
Should have ideas to perform automations for day to day activities.
Installing/Updating certificates for clients and understanding of Root & Intermediate certificates.
Have SRE Mindset and work on automation to reduce TOIL.

What you bring:

2 to 3 Years of experience in Java Production support
Good Knowledge Operating Systems: Linux /Windows and experience of storage, Network related stuff.
Knowledge of Unix commands and scripting like Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible, etc...
Should have good knowledge for MSSQL Database, DDL, DML Queries
Good Knowledge in web server/app server architecture, JAVA, Apache Tomcat, ActiveMQ
Good knowledge in SRE concepts and implementation practices.
Should be willing to work in 24*7 support.

Added Bonus if you have:

Splunk Administration certification
Dynatrace deep knowledge
