Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the buffet station, ensuring appealing food presentation and a wellstocked buffet for seamless dining experience.
- Greet and welcome customers professionally, assisting them in selecting food items and providing dish information for a positive dining experience.
- Interact effectively with customers, handling inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights for buffet setup and cleaning.
- Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the buffet area.
- Regularly clean and sanitize buffet counters, serving utensils, trays, and equipment to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and uphold cleanliness in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail for visually appealing food presentation and maintaining cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures for buffet equipment and dining area maintenance.
