    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at iDwteam LLC. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The role will also involve regular communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment processes.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively source, screen, and interview candidates
    • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and tools
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD and OPT Consultants.
    • Ability to interact, develop tier-1 Vendor network, and get the H1B/OPT/CPT candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
    • Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e. From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants,Negotiating the best Rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at the best deals.
    • Knowledge of all US tax terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).
    • Having a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors & clients.
    • Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other networking Methods.
    • Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).
