    Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter

    Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, TG, India (On-site)

    Shift Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

    Experience: 1 to 3 years

    (Females applicants preferred)

    Position Overview: As a US IT Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting exceptional IT professionals for our clients. Your primary focus will be on technical roles within the IT industry, ensuring that we match the right candidates with the right opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

    Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations and offer acceptance.

    Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies.

    Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT domain.

    Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

    Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in candidate profiles and documentation.

    Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.

    Knowledge of IT Technologies: Familiarity with programming languages, databases, cloud technologies, and other IT concepts.

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
