Responsibilities
- 70% calling to clients for their appointments and new lead generating.
- Rest 30% work will be like mention below:
- Understand customer URS, submitted Filled URS with offer to client & take follow-up.
- Prepare Spare & Service quotations.
- Payments follow up.
- Create and maintain a database of clients.
- Providing Backoffice support to the sales team.
- Share newsletters & new launch product details to the customer through mailing.
- Refer to client's mails and reply on queries with them requirement.
- Maintain sales enquiry, spares & service record in excel file for back up and our company reference.
- Coordinate with internal team for material status, design layout, spare's part dispatch.
- Arrange conference meeting to resolve customer query.
- Making good presentation to serve new development.
- Generate new enquiry through existing database.
Requirements:
- Experience in processing machinery service.
- Should have decent communication skills in Hindi & English
Qualification
Any Graduate
Key Competencies and Skills:
About 3- 5 years of experience with relevant manufacture Industry.
- Adaptive to latest trends & technologies.
