Stores Executive - Tiruchchirappalli, India - Sri Kauvery Medical Care (India) Pvt Ltd
Description
Receive materials from suppliers.- Check the materials against Delivery challan and Purchase Order.
- Perform general inspection of the materials received.
- Direct the items to the concerned department/stores for quality check and acceptance.
- Raise stores receipt voucher based on the Delivery challan particulars and user department/stores remarks/rejection details, by keying in the particulars
- Authorize the stores receipt voucher and send it for the acceptance signature and distribute the copies.
- Forward the stores receipt voucher settlement to the accounts department and stores receipt voucher daybook to the purchase department.
- Maintain files and records.
- Perform any related work as and when required by the department
