    Description

    Job Description :

    We are currently seeking a highly experienced GCP Architect to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in architecting solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a deep understanding of services such as Data Fusion, BigQuery, and Composer (Airflow).

    This is a high-priority position offering competitive compensation and the possibility of a long-term engagement.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.

    - Architect data pipelines and ETL processes using GCP services like Data Fusion and Composer (Airflow).

    - Optimize data storage and retrieval using BigQuery and other GCP storage services.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

    - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in GCP architecture and cloud computing.

    - Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of GCP solutions.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    - Proven experience as a GCP Architect or similar role with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

    - Strong proficiency in GCP cloud services, especially Data Fusion, BigQuery, and Composer (Airflow).

    - Extensive experience with SQL and database technologies.

    Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.

    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.

    - Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

    Duration : This is a full-time position with a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
