    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Automation BDD Specialist

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Consultant with expertise in Automation Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to join our team.

    In this role, you will lead automation projects, provide strategic guidance, and hands-on support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of BDD testing frameworks for our clients.

    Responsibilities


    • Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and best practices, with a focus on Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into executable BDD scenarios and test cases.
    • Lead the development of automated tests using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
    • Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, enabling continuous testing and delivery.
    • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation tools and technologies that align with client needs and project requirements.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on BDD principles, practices, and tools.
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • years of experience in software testing and test automation, with a focus on BDD methodologies.
    • Proficiency in BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave, including Gherkin syntax and step definitions.
    • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cypress.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering automation projects.
