    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Production Support

    This role is responsible for managing and executing projects for the client & Managing Schedule.

    Responsibilities

    ·High proficiency in written & spoken German.

    ·Expected to liaison between German speaking client & English speaking Genpact team so English & German skills are needed.

    ·No technical skill is expected however any tech skill will be an advantage.

    ·Short-term: In addition to coordination, expected to resolve tickets for non-technical application that needs only coordination between user & 3rd party application vendor

    ·Mid-term: in addition to coordination for other apps, expected to solve tickets following SOP

    ·European business hours are the expected working hours.

    ·Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications
    Minimum qualifications

    ·Language Proficiency: Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This may be demonstrated through language proficiency tests such as the Goethe-Certificate or equivalent.

    ·Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

    ·Professional Experience: Substantial experience in a consulting or related role, preferably with experience in project management, client-facing roles, or leadership positions.

    ·Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry or sector relevant to the consulting firm's focus, along with expertise in relevant methodologies, tools, and best practices.

    ·Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs, develop solutions, and drive successful outcomes.

    ·Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients, collaborate effectively with team members, and lead project teams.

    ·Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and appreciation of cultural nuances, particularly those relevant to conducting business in German-speaking regions.

    ·Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing client requirements.

    ·Travel Availability: Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, which may include domestic and international travel.
