- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time clinical data monitoring and analysis using Python or R.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate scalable components into applications and support the development of intelligence solutions for data collection, transformation, and analysis.
- Conduct problem-solving and troubleshooting during clinical trial processes, leveraging SQL, PL/SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc., to generate reports within the clinical reporting systems.
- Establish and manage robust data systems that consolidate information from diverse sources, including EDC systems and clinical databases, and implement data pipelines for efficient processing and maintenance of data integrity.
- Test and debug applications comprehensively to address any performance issues and integrate rapid data storage solutions.
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry programming, with at least 5 years in clinical data management systems.
- Familiarity with protocol, CRF standards, and EDC data structures.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and R Shiny, along with knowledge of ETL and clinical data review models.
- Hands-on experience with BI applications, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST or other APIs.
- Strong analytical skills, data analysis expertise, and project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of GxP and drug development guidelines.

About the department
Our Clinical Data Operations & Insights group consists of approximately 400 professionals working across India, Denmark, and North America.
