Job Title:
Sales and Marketing - Automobile

Responsibilities:


Sales Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for automation products and services.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose tailored automation solutions.


Product Knowledge:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in automation technologies and industry trends.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of our automation products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential clients.


Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and demand for our automation solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, presentations, and promotional materials.
Utilize digital marketing channels effectively to reach target audiences.


Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs and pain points to propose suitable automation solutions.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze market feedback and communicate insights to the product development team.
Stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements affecting the automation industry.


Reporting:
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Diploma, ITI or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the automation industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
