Process and coordinate export orders from receipt through to shipment.

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
Maintain accurate and uptodate export documentation, including export licenses and shipping documents.
Coordinate logistics and transportation for export orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase export sales.
Provide regular reports on export sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards for export sales.
Resolve any issues related to export orders and shipments.
Provide excellent customer service to customers throughout the export order process.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales coordination or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards for export sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Experience with export documentation and logistics preferred.
Experience with export compliance preferred.
Fluency in one or more foreign languages preferred.
