    Description

    Job Overview :


    We are looking for a Software Performance Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance analysis, proficiency in performance tools and methods, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Conduct performance tests and measurements to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
    • Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement performance enhancements.
    • Monitor system performance in production environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Document performance testing processes, results, and recommendations.

    Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

    • Prior contributions to Open Source projects or current Open Source Contributor.
    • Experience with Linux OS and Linux command line tools.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting.
    • Familiarity with IBM Z architecture, including "Principles of Operations".
    • Knowledge of networking and storage concepts.
    • Experience with Linux on IBM Z is a plus.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Performance Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Profound knowledge in the application of performance tools and methods.
    • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
