Description
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and grievances.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
