**Job Description- Trade Support**Company Name: Scymes Services Pvt Ltd Address-Awon house, B Wing, 1 st Floor, Next to advance house, Makwana Road, Gamdevi, Marol Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Office Timing-10.00 AM to 7.00 AM
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating with Clients, Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, CSM, CFO and CEO for customer's timely submission of trade documents.
- Providing assistance required if any
- Maintaining MIS and timely report generation
- Solving Client and Customer queries and providing prompt solutions.
- Coordinating, Taking feedback, Following up from client managers.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Service.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
