Registered Nurse


Location:
Janakpuri ( West delhi)


Salary Range:
Rs. 10,000 -Rs. 15,000 per month

Experience: 1-3 years


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and symptoms, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Documenting patient care services by charting in electronic medical records systems.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Requirements:


  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • 13 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care.
