Sales Executive/Sales Engineer

Lee Spring manufactures and distributes mechanical springs, wire forms, stampings and four slide parts worldwide.

We offer an extensive product line of more than 25,000 inventoried products in a variety of materials available in stock and ready to ship today.

In addition, we also manufacture springs made to customer specifications. Lee Spring is the premier global source for stock catalog and custom designed mechanical springs and related products.


Founded by Robert Lee Johannsen in 1918, Lee Spring began in Brooklyn New York and our Global Headquarters are still based in Brooklyn today.

Through the years, we have expanded with additional strategic locations throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

We are well known for our extensive and comprehensive catalog of stock springs that have been used by engineers, professionals and buyers for decades.

Beyond the catalog, we have considerable custom spring capabilities, personnel and a proficiency that comes with our many years within the industry.


Lee Spring India is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Freshers/1-2 years


Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Engineering is required

Sales Executive/Sales Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage in field sales
  • Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company business objectives and market characteristics.
  • Promote and effectively use catalogue content, advertising and/ or marketing collateral to increase account penetration and sales generation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets, KPMs and objectives for the allocated territory.
  • Manage the opportunity cost of time with customers and/ or call frequencies to be consistent with their level of current or potential sales revenue
  • Confident and effective communicator to all levels of the business and to various stakeholders
  • Strong team management skills, demonstrating leadership, facilitation and coaching styles to create a highperformance culture
  • Demonstrates challenge in a positive and proactive manner that builds credibility and effectiveness across all areas of the business
  • Understands the needs of engineers and buyers (our target customers)
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Sales Executive/Sales Engineer Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Handson experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering has more weightage.

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
