    We have an exciting job opportunity for the role of Assistant Manager- Talent Management & L&D - Center Of Excellence Team (People & Culture Function)

    Designation : Assistant Manager

    About the role :

    • Being a people-centric organisation our existing team has built People and HR practices which have helped our employees during their journey with the organisation. Journey of the HR team at Rebel Foods is similar to any other function in a start-up. We learnt and improved every day, every stage. Our values and cultural principals really helped us to understand our employees better and we were able to support and empower them better through our practices.
    • As we evolve in our organisational journey, we are focusing on an organisation that works towards being a better version of itself everyday. We truly believe that in order to achieve our organisational goals, we need to develop our people and empower them through a focused learning and development approach
    • Our Talent Management & L&D Manager will work closely with our People & Culture COE to help our employees understand their competencies, and ways to develop these competencies to help achieve organisational goals
    • At Rebel, our goal is to have an integrated view of our people's potential and their performance. L&D Leader will help us design an integrated performance and L&D module to help the leadership gain holistic view of our talent
    • Talent Management & L&D Manager will help us develop a system based solution (LMS) to enable 'anytime, anywhere' learning and development for our people

    There would be a lot of interesting long term and short term projects which you can work on if you decide to join us :

    1. Develop and deploy competency module, career highways and succession planning across Rebel Foods
    2. Design and execute system based learning through an integrated LMS
    3. Develop a focused approach for a cohesive performance management and L&D process and module

    We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and collaborative role. This role involves a lot of collaboration with HR BPs, Top Leaders, Managers and external Consultants.

    • HR Leaders with 1 - 3 years of experience in setting up and designing Learning & Development, including LMS and Competency Model.
    • Education : MBA - Tier I/II B School
