    Note - Prior experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary for 2 years & later worked in operations role in BPO/KPO (MANDATORY)

    Will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Executives to our client, managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information with discretion and providing administrative support like expense management, claims, travel logistics etc.. You will also be responsible for overseeing and leading large team of Executive Assistants, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities.


    • Manage a team of Executive Assistants situated across different locations (or client location) and ensure smooth management of expectations of the Client's Senior Executives


    • Manage and prioritize the schedules of the Senior Executive team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements


    • Act as a Liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication


    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations for the executive team


    • Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team


    • Supervise and mentor the team of executive assistants, providing guidance and support as needed


    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion


    • Perform other administrative task as needed to support the executive team and the organization as a whole.


    • Liaise with key Stakeholders across different geographies to get update on actions agreed by the executive team


    • Managing the shift roster of the team of designated executive assistants


    • Ensuring secondary and tertiary backup are available


    • Takeover teams' critical escalations from key Executives


    • Manage proper communication and governance including regular governance with Bank stakeholders, reporting and weekly MIS

    Preferred candidate profile


    • Minimum 8 years of total work experience with at least 2 years of experience working/managing as an Executive Assistant/Secretary in a corporate environment


    • Qualification: Graduate mandatory


    • Should be flexible for shifts


    • Should have strong people management experience handling larger teams in a BPO, handling clients from multiple geographies
