We are hiring for a Customer support Executive - Bengaluru.

Experience : 6 Months - 3 Years


Language preference:

  • English ,Hindi ,telugu, tamil.

Job Role:


  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
  • Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
  • Maintain the SLA

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Multitasking abilities
