    Description

    About the Role :

    We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team in Bangalore's Whitefield area. This is a permanent, work-from-office position ideal for candidates currently under notice period and residing in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining our software products' REST APIs.

    You'll collaborate closely with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality and timely feature delivery.

    Responsibilities :

    • Design and develop robust REST APIs following best practices and design principles.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to understand requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Optimize the performance and scalability of APIs for efficient handling of user requests.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to REST APIs.
    • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Java technologies and industry trends.

    Requirements :

    • 5+ years of experience in Java development.
    • Strong understanding of REST API design principles and best practices.
    • Proven experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant Java technologies.
    • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Proficiency in Git or a similar version control system.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
