    Description


    At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.


    Our client, a global consulting firm, is collaborating with a leading Oil & Gas company in India to support their procurement transformation journey and drive their strategic agenda.

    This project aims to advance the client's technological and digital capabilities, positioning them for future growth and efficiency.


    To support this initiative, they are looking to onboard a seasoned Strategy or Management Consultant with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

    Key responsibilities:


    • Supervise the entire module while collaborating closely with the team
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies for highvalue purchases
    • Drive technological and digital transformation within the procurement function
    • Present findings and recommendations to clients
    • Implement suggested solutions and provide essential support to clients
    • Lead or contribute to workshops, meetings, and presentations to stakeholders
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and adeptly manage senior stakeholders
    Your background:


    • Minimum of 5 years of strategy experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly upstream operations
    • Degree in Engineering and/or an MBA from a Tier I college
    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
    • Experience in a fastpaced, collaborative environment is a plus
    Other important information:


    • This is a contractual opportunity with an initial duration of 12 months
    • The consultant will be required to be stationed in Delhi for the entire duration of the project
