    Job Overview:

    Compunnel Inc is seeking a dynamic Consultant in Strategy & Business Development focusing on Microsoft Services to join the team in Goa.

    This role suits a professional proficient in generating sales leads from the US market and selling IT services.

    You will play a crucial role in devising and executing strategies to enter targeted markets, creating high-quality leads, and fostering lasting client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation and Sales Strategy:
      • Utilize advanced sales techniques like cold calling and email marketing to generate leads and boost sales for Compunnel's Microsoft Services. Create and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and surpass sales goals.
    • Market Penetration:
      • Focus on the US market, aiming at companies within defined revenue brackets to broaden our client base and enhance market share. Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers at varying levels.
    • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
      • Interact with potential clients through tailored communication and presentations. Understand client requirements and suggest personalized IT service solutions that enhance their operations.
    • Collaboration and Team Support:
      • Collaborate closely with the Strategy & Business Development team to exchange insights, strategies, and best practices. Aid the team in achieving shared sales objectives and contribute to a positive team dynamics.
    • Market Research:
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales prospects and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Utilize findings to refine sales strategies and approaches.
    Skills and Qualifications:

    A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, specifically in generating leads from the US market and selling IT services. Proficient in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation techniques. Sound grasp of the IT services landscape, with a preference for candidates experienced in selling Microsoft Services. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, with the skill to engage and influence decision-makers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
