_1) Attend to calls professionally to provide information about products and services &Promoting financial products
2) Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
3 ) Handle returns or complaints.
4 ) Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
5 ) Cross selling of Mutual fund and SIP to the existing set of clients. (This will account
for only 10% of the overall KRA target)._
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
