Description

Plan and cater to facility and training infrastructure management - Arranging training venues and ensuring all necessary resources are available like training equipment and materials;

Setting up training rooms & ensuring they are appropriately configured and equipped.

Support admin

Managing the registration process for training programs including participant enrollment, cancellations, maintaining accurate participant records and databases.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers and participants when necessary.
Asset management of all fixed assets & IT support of Tech rooms.
Handson with budget adherence
Product and Service Delivery TAT
Generate reports on training activities, attendance, and completion rates.
Eye for detail
Strong in MS Excel
