    Job Description


    SKILLS :
    1. A minimum of five years technical/troubleshooting experience

    Experience systems administration in enterprise macOS management.

    Ability to write scripts in Applescript or SWIFT

    Deep experience with JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect

    Apple Mac OS X Certifications (for example ACSP, ACTC, CSA, ACS, ACMA, etc.) preferred.

    Ability to identify and manage complex technical challenges across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

    Job Description:
    Responsible for the infrastructure and platform engineering and the successful execution of business objectives.

    Responsibilities·Troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining workflows and automation.

    You will serve as a Systems Admin responsible for the infrastructure and platform engineering.

    You will learn Jamf Connect


    You will work as a member of the engineering team to share responsibility for the internal deployment, implementation of best practices and modernization.

    You will lead the infrastructure and other foundational services for the successful execution of our strategic vision.

    You keep abreast of current developments in the IT industry.

    You are customer focused, flexible and willing to take ownership of issues and projects.

    Ability to manage complex technical challenges across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

    This person will be responsible for supporting macs and the associated environment and infrastructure.

    Run projects and make enhancements in this environment.

    Requirements

    Experience Required:
    3 or more years of business development experience selling to senior business and IT stakeholders

    Experience Required:
    Demonstrated achievement in sales in the IT industry. Proven successful experience selling cloud, service desk, network operations services, information technology solutions and/or other recurring revenue. Proven, successful experience selling project based, professional services with an information technology focus Strong understanding of how enterprises and business functions utilize services offerings from vendors to drive improved efficiency, financial results and employee engagement Demonstrated ability to handle objections and drive best new practice ideas to impact their business Understanding of client's needs and IT pain points and the ability to translate them into sales opportunities that create true business value Inherent ability to influence others regarding complex topics – hunter mentality and self-starter Socially comfortable speaking with strangers across a broad range of business and information technology topics The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and be accountable for results Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
