Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical direction and executive delivery oversight for clients.
  • Executive point of contact for Programs being run at clients, and responsible for client satisfaction, based on overall delivery milestones.
  • Provide the necessary direction and management of the Account Team, identifying and implementing any development needs as required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Own and develop the longterm relationship with the client on behalf of Kyndryl.
  • Provide escalation point for the customer and ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations.
  • Establish and develop longterm customer commitment through maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
  • Be seen by the client as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop positive relationships and regular contact with key client stakeholders at senior/board level.
  • Oversee day to day delivery of the services provided to the client
Technical Key skills/experience.

  • Very good handson knowledge of Finacle Technology.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Products, Process, Investment Banking Systems and Financial Services.
  • Should be able to manage the severity situation using his technical experience.
  • Experienced in database, query languages and testing automation.
