As an Online Medical staff Remote, you will be responsible for providing medical support and guidance to our clients around the clock.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for the medical field and technology.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide medical consultation and advice to clients remotely
  • Assist clients with medical issues and concerns
  • Take calls from clients and provide appropriate medical advice
  • Communicate with other medical professionals as needed
  • Stay uptodate with the latest medical research and trends
  • Be on call and available to provide support after hours and on weekends
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with clients

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Active nursing license
  • 2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
