We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Support Executives.

This position, based in Andheri, Mumbai, provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and those with up to one year of experience in customer service or related fields.


Key Responsibilities:

Collect and organize customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


Process Optimization:
Contribute to optimizing the customer service function to deliver high-quality service with a focus on efficiency.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

Assist in implementing strategies to manage and reduce customer complaints effectively.


Communication Skills:
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Learn to create and analyze reports to evaluate the efficiency of communication strategies.

Maintain flexibility and adaptability, being open to changing strategies as needed.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to fostering a positive and exciting workplace environment.


Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Passed out.


Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month
