    Job Description

    The Architect for this position will be working with the client and PWC Salesforce team to define the

    overall Interaction Studio, CDP platform architecture, Marketing Cloud and design. The Architect needs

    to be a demonstrated expert in technical and/or functional aspects who can participate in client

    discussion and lead the team to the successful delivery of MC,CDP, Interaction Studio Projects.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    ● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Marketing cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio/ MC

    Personalization.

    ● Understand and implement key integrations between Marketing Cloud , CDP, Interaction studio

    and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

    ● Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across

    data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology, with a

    specialization in Customer Data Platforms

    ● Drive data profiling and unification approach.

    ● Create architecture and solution blueprints to meet client requirements

    ● Work with project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan

    ● Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes

    for clients to support new customer experience strategies and ingest data to Salesforce CDP

    ● Work with business and technology client representatives to gather functional and technical

    requirements

    ● Hands on developer to work with the development team to implement the solution

    Qualifications:

    ● Overall 8+ years of experience in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space.

    ● Minimum 1 year of hands-on full lifecycle CDP implementation experience on platforms like

    Salesforce CDP etc

    ● 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using

    cloud-based tools/infrastructure

    ● Experience with data architecture (ideally with marketing data) using batch and/or real-time

    ingestion

    ● Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud and IS/ MC personalization platform experience.

    ● Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript


    • Understanding of web application architecture including single page applications and server-side

    HTML web applications.

    ● Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data

    Orchestration.

    ● Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation. Experience in online ad

    serving or site serving platforms

    ● Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related

    certifications is a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator,

    Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)

    ● Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

    ● Comfort and ability to learn new technologies quickly & thoroughly

    ● Specializes in gathering and analyzing information related to web and data integration, real time

    interactions, and customer use cases

    ● Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

    ● Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions

    such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and

    executive-level requirement gathering sessions

    ● Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations a plus
