Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Attending walkin customers and getting forms filled by them.
- Assist them in completing all the initial paperwork.
- Fixing appointments of the clients with the sales team.
- Give them a comment card and ask them for their valuable feedback regarding the property.
- Filing customer wise in hard copies
- Coordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.
- Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
- Maintain upto date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
- Good command of over languages, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
Job Types:

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,293.10 per month
