    Hybrid role (2-3 days in office per week at Deland, FL Lab).

    CPA Certification highly preferred.
    Here's what you can expect as a Finance Director at DaVita Labs:

  • Support the clinical care of over 200,000 patients
  • Join a team of senior leaders at one of the world's largest clinical labs
  • Serve as the functional CFO of DaVita's laboratory subsidiary
  • Lead a team of 15-20 hybrid teammates, including 3-4 manager-level leaders
  • Report to the Vice President and General Manager of DaVita Labs
  • Engage with leaders across all lanes at DaVita Labs as well as finance, procurement, and accounting leaders around the DaVita Village
  • Continuously improve the team's processes and invest in their professional growth
  • Drive operational and strategic planning that stewards the Village's resources


    • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing financial accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, financial analytics, purchasing, and operational decision support.
