6 Team Building and effective team management

Business Partnering
1 Provide decision support and be accountable in driving business deliverables

2 Lead Budget / Forecast process, analyzing and reporting actual financial for business planning

3 Independent economis analysis of business opportunities, new projects, expansions

and M&A opportunites

Accounting, compliance, financial planning & control
1 Development, implementationand adherence of all financial & accounting policies

and procedures for the organization in compliance with the applicable financial

& accounting standards.

2 Compliance of legal, taxation and accounting related regulations

3 Finalization of accouting, financial reporting & MIS

4 Review of Internal & Statutory Audit suggestions

Fund raising and Investor relationship
1 Resource mobilizations for existing operations, expansions and M&A at the most optimal cost

2 Financial Planning and fund management at the most optimal cost

3 Compliance of banking requirements

4 Improvement in Credit Rating

Commercial
1 Cost control initiatives and enforcement of budegtary controls to improve cost efficiencies

2 Development, implementation and adhernce to procurement and vendor development

policy to minimize cost of production

3 Peer group analysis and suggestions to management for improvement

4 Evaluation of business risks and suggestions to management to mitigate the same

5 Digitization / Upgraded Technology

IT, Admin /Administrative Controls & other procurement negotiations
