Bookwater Tech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic player in the FMCG industry, specializing in beverages. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated FMCG Retail Sales Lead to join our team in Chennai.

If you have a proven track record in retail sales, particularly in the beverage segment, and are passionate about driving sales growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute retail sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Chennai market.
Focus on increasing market share and brand visibility in retail outlets.

Institutional Sales:

Identify and target institutional clients such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes for bulk sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in the institutional sector.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Prospect and acquire new retail and institutional clients, while also nurturing existing relationships.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Product Promotion:

Plan and execute promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Use insights to refine sales strategies and target new market segments.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
Present findings to the sales and management teams to inform strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience of 35 years in FMCG retail sales, with a focus on the beverage segment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the Chennai market and existing networks within the retail and institutional sectors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
