    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a HR and Marketing Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving both marketing initiatives and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both online marketing, particularly within the skin and cosmetic clinic industry, and HR administration.

    Responsibilities:

    HR and Administrative Functions:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    • Address employee queries and concerns promptly, fostering a supportive work environment.
    • Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution strategies to resolve workplace issues.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters and termination letters, in accordance with company policies.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and recommend policy updates as necessary.
    • Provide regular updates to management on HR-related activities and contribute to strategic decision-making.

    Lead Generation & Lead Management:

    • Efficiently handle tele-calling team, manage the CRM, and ensure proper follow-up of leads to create footfall for the clinic.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing strategies.
    • Set projections for clinic footfall and monitor progress towards targets.
    • Marketing Strategy and Coordination:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the skin and cosmetic clinic industry.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 4-5 years in both marketing and HR administration roles or similar positions.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and online marketing strategies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
